In a video he made launching the #WalkAway movement, which encourages Democrats exasperated with their party’s rising intolerance, hate, vitriol, and violence directed at political opponents, Brandon Straka also took aim at the Left-wing establishment media over its blatant dishonesty.
Not only does the media willfully publish fake news about ideological opponents, it crafts false narratives and creates imagery that is very often far from the truth.
This happens with Left-leaning media on a national and local level, as noted by PJ Media, which reported that a suspect in a Boise, Idaho stabbing spree was not accurately described because it would have cast aspersions on a ‘protected class’ of people.
The site noted:
A horrific stabbing spree at a Boise, Idaho, apartment complex last night left nine people injured, including six children. Local media reports state that four of the victims have life-threatening injuries.
The national media quickly seized on the fact that the apartment complex was known to house refugees and that some of the victims themselves were apparently refugees.

Refugees among wounded in knife attack at Boise low-income apartment complex. "A single, evil individual" who doesn't represent community, police chief says. https://t.co/8nSvYZc62z

Mind you, these reports were filed by establishment-leaning outlets without ever identifying the 30-year-old male suspect — though his arrest record and mugshot were posted online at the Ada County Sheriff’s website.
Reliably dishonest CNN also left out the identity of the suspect while focusing heavily on the refugee status of the victims:
Nine people were stabbed by a single assailant at an apartment complex in Boise, Idaho, police say https://t.co/VljZWObXPy

No motive has been established. But…. 9 people at a housing complex for refugees in Idaho were stabbed and several of those stabbed might die, per police.https://t.co/45p6RQTXyI

The outlets were all hyper-focused on the refugee angle. That, and they appeared to be taking the position that what occurred was a hate crime committed by someone who was not from Idaho — directed at the refugee community of Boise by some immigrant-hater spurred on by inflammatory rhetoric.
But…that doesn’t appear to be accurate after one gets to know more about the arrested suspect, Timmy Kinner:
NEW: Police say Timmy Kinner, 30, of Los Angeles, was arrested and charged with nine counts of felony aggravated battery and six counts of felony injury to a child.https://t.co/btVvY4tDre

PJ Media’s Patrick Poole wrote that a quick search of the Internet turned up more information regarding Kinner: He’s been arrested multiple times in several states, and in one incident was shot by a homeowner during a burglary. (Related: Trump declares Pravda media’s ‘FAKE NEWS’ our greatest threat: Here’s why he’s RIGHT.)
But there was nothing in his history or rap sheet indicating he was anti-immigrant. But as you can see, he is a black male and as you may know, black males are somewhat protected by the fake news media as well.
Nevertheless, the missing information did help fuel more unhinged ranting and raving at President Donald Trump, as though it was his fault Kinner thought he’d stab as many people as possible at a refugee center in Boise, Idaho.
“First a newsroom is shot up by one of our alt-right fans, now another Trump fan heeds your refugee hate rhetoric and stabs 9 refugees. Who will you get killed or injured today?! Tell me again about the dangers of open borders,” wrote D.C.-area public relations specialist Brian Lustig in a since-deleted tweet.
Neither of those claims is true, mind you, but this is the nature of today’s easily triggered Left. And it’s also the story of today’s Left-wing “mainstream” media, which traffics in fake news, false narratives, and Trump hate.
Oh, and at least one goofball — Molly McKew, ‘information warfare expert,’ blamed…Russia.
And a reminder to you all that Idaho has been intensely targeted by Russian info ops aiming to inflame people on the refugee issue.
Idaho had has basque, Bosnian, Middle Eastern communities for years with no problems. Good state citizens and economic engines.

“And a reminder to you all that Idaho has been intensely targeted by Russian info ops aiming to inflame people on the refugee issue,” she wrote, in part.
It’s no wonder fewer and fewer Americans trust the media. What they can’t get straight they make up, and what they can’t report honestly, they ignore and let idiots make up the story for them.
